Sendvaults provides email delivery infrastructure, including but not limited to transactional email delivery, SMTP relay services, email analytics, domain verification, and associated APIs and dashboards. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Sendvaults offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service, including all content, software, trademarks, and technology, is owned by Sendvaults and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our prior written consent.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime beyond what is defined in any applicable Service Level Agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that all emails will be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sendvaults shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sendvaults and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
